In-person Interpreting

The highest attention is paid to the accurate and complete conveyance of a verbal as well as non-verbal communication with the reference to the cultural context relative to the country of your client and/or employee, which is not a small task. A great deal of coordination of all these skills is required, and our well-trained and experienced interpreters will assure that you get the quality service you requested.

Our interpreters will help you communicate with your client. They will never cross the professional boundaries of their profession, and be more than just a linguistic and cultural facilitator in the communication. As much as it is important to understand what your client is saying, it is important that your part of that communication gets interpreted to your client just as accurately and completely. There are some steps, which you can take in order to make this process go as smooth as possible.

Our interpreters will never take advantage of the situation, and draw attention onto them and therefore become the focus of the interaction. The most important parties in that communication are those of the client and the service provider. Interpreter will serve only as a facilitator of the communication and interpret everything exactly as it has been said.

On-Demand Interpreters

Our interpreters in this group carry pagers by which you can reach them. Once they call you back it will be up to you to request their presence in person, or to ask them to interpret over the phone. If requested to come to your site, they will be there within 45 minutes.
