Family Health Centers, Inc.
Services: FHC provides comprehensive primary and preventive health services including: physician, nurse practitioner, dental, nurse, lab, x-ray, pharmacy, obstetrics, child and adult medicine as well as specialty and inpatient referral and follow-up.  Additional services include behavioral health, health education, case management services and transportation assistance. Interpretive services are provided to non-English speaking patients, and many materials are translated into foreign languages.

Patients who are not covered by public or private insurance will be charged on a sliding fee scale based on family size and income level.
